Booking flights: 
To be able to use the discount, all travel must be booked online.  Flights are capacity controlled and any flight is entitled to the 5% discount as long as it fits the criteria outlined below. All flights in a reservation must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount. If only one direction of travel is valid, please book your valid flight as a one way trip using the promotional code and the other segment as a one way trip without the code.

Code:
Your promotional code is specific to your convention. You must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount. This code is provided at no cost to you in order to stimulate interest to attend your convention and to fly there with JetBlue Airways. The promo code will be available online from the time you receive this email until the day before the convention start date you provided to us.

The Cities:
The destination city is based on the airport closest to your convention. In the event that there are multiple cities that will be used to get attendees to the convention, prior arrangements would need to be made with JetBlue.  Any city whether: direct, nonstop or, connecting can be used to get to the prearranged destination cities.

Flight dates:
Any flight can be chosen as long as it arrives at the destination no more than two days before the start of the convention and departs no more than two days after the end of the convention.

Travel Certificates: 
Travel Certificates will be issued once the convention has taken place at a rate of one per 40 seats booked and they are valid for travel between any JetBlue cities. Travel Certificates will be issued electronically and instructions for their redemption will be included. Travel Certificate space is subject to availability. 

Changes:
Any changes to an itinerary booked with a promotional code will be subject to a change fee, any applicable increase in airfare, and it will also result in the removal of the discount.

Cancellations:
Booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to a cancellation fee.
